Position: Electronics Technician

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tune circuits for space-level manufacturing, ensuring precision specifications are met. What is “TUNING”? Tuning involves the delicate physical manipulation of inductor coils through an iterative process to achieve exact filter properties. We provide extensive training for this detailed operation; all you need is a solid electronics background and a passion for tackling the unique challenges presented by high-frequency filter circuits.
  • Conduct measurements and tests using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other test equipment.
  • Perform environmental testing when needed, including tests such as vibration, mechanical shock, and thermal shock.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain high standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of electronic circuits.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in speaking and reading English clearly.
  • Excellent hand coordination and dexterity.

Qualifications:

  • A two-year degree in electronics preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance with our assistance.
  • ITAR – This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), political asylee, or refugee.
